Straw-yellow wine with classic greenish hues, it opens with fragrant notes of acacia blossom, gorse, ripe pear, passion fruit, and pineapple. On the palate it is savory and elegantly long, offering freshness and vibrant acidity supported by a robust, well-defined structure.

Vinification:

Vinification is carried out at a controlled temperature of 12°C for 20 days, followed by maturation in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature, where the wine rests on fine lees for at least three months. It then spends an additional one to two months in the bottle before release.
